As of 12 January 2021, we decided to increase our fees marginally for the first time since 2009, purely to cover the overheads that have steadily increased during that period. Established in 1999, we have provided a unique and very convenient service for many years, where we come to your home and interview you in familiar surroundings, gaining all the information we require to produce a dynamic document that will give you the edge on other applicants for the position you are seeking.

We have been mainly working with our clients via emails, but we are still happy to conduct face-to-face appointments in the clients’ homes, or a neutral location such as a coffee lounge.

In addition, to make it more convenient for our clients, we operate 7 days a week, including after hours appointments, weekends and public holidays, at no extra charge.

About Us

Remote Services

For our many country, interstate and overseas clients, we offer a remote service via email, whereby we send a check sheet to be filled out, and ask that it is returned to us with a copy of any Resume that might have already been prepared, regardless of how old it is. Using effective interaction, we complete the project and send a draft for acceptance, and when everything is to the client’s satisfaction we print it, save it in Word and PDF format on to a USB Thumb Drive and post it via Registered Post along with emailing the finished product.

Please note that this remote service needs to be pre-paid, using our secure payment site, listed on our Packages page. Just select the appropriate package and follow the prompts to our secure PayPal site to pay via credit card, OR simply call us and provide us with your credit card details and we will put the transaction through our EFTPOS machine.

It is not wise to email your credit card details, so please call us with those details if that is your preferred method of payment.
